Our Refund Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Refund Policy at any time.

Return, Refund & Exchange:

We are confident that you will love your purchase from Dobernut , however, in case the product received is incorrect from the one that you ordered or when the item is damaged, and then you can return it within 14 days after delivery, we will ask the customer to send the product back to us. In this case, the customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees. After 14 days of delivery of the product, we shall not be liable to accept a return from the Customers.

The refund will be subject to the following key conditions:

  • The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be returned in a clean, unused, and unaltered condition.
  • In case of receiving of wrong product or defective product, you must provide photographic images, as evidence to us.
  • You must ensure that the outer packaging for your return item is suitable to protect it while in transit to our return address.
  • All customers must contact for approval before sending or returning any item to us.
